A day at our retreat looks like this,
the morning starts with an invigorating workout such as Yoga, Pilates or a morning walk depending on the day. Breakfast is typically a healthy and nutritious meal to fuel the body for the day ahead.
Mid-day activities will include strength training, cardio, and group fitness classes, as well as educational workshops on nutrition and wellness.
Afternoon activities will include, group training, swimming, hiking and fun games.
Dinner is usually a healthy and satisfying meal.
The day ends with a good night's sleep in a comfortable and peaceful environment.

We train all ages, shapes and sizes in a safe and supportive environment. Our Exercise sessions can take many forms and can be conducted in a variety of settings, including the gym, outdoors, or in the group exercise hall. We aim to get you moving.

Delicious meals and snacks will be freshly prepared for your enjoyment. with an emphasis on healthy ingredients and balanced nutrition. These meals will be designed to meet specific dietary needs or preferences, such as low-carb, gluten-free, or vegetarian diets.
