  • Jay is a fitness professional who has been in the industry for nearly a decade. He began his journey at the age of 23 as a way to cope with the loss of his father and to achieve a personal goal of fitting into his watch.

    Over the years, Jay has helped thousands of people become the best version of themselves. He has a passion for listening to people's stories and helping them achieve their fitness goals. Jay is committed to staying in the industry for as long as possible and helping as many people as he can.

  • I can show you how to make your workouts fun, having someone at your side can help motivate you to continue, when you feel like you want to give up, I will hold you accountable and support you throughout your journey. With this mindset you will achieve your goals more quickly and effectively.

    Having a fresh perspective on your workouts and nutrition, can offer new challenges to keep your mind and body from being bored which can lead to becoming stagnant with your goals. I can help you prevent injuries by teaching you proper form and technique for each exercise and ensuring that you are using the right equipment and weights.

Daniel Ford

FOUNDER & TEAM MEMBER

  • Daniel is a passionate sports enthusiast who has always had a love for physical activity and competition. From a young age, he played rugby for his local club, using the sport as a way to build confidence and push himself to be his best.

    After spending time in the Royal Navy, Daniel learned valuable lessons about self-discipline, motivation, and the importance of helping others reach their goals. These experiences drove him to pursue a career in health and fitness, with a desire to make a positive impact on others' approaches to wellness.

    Today, Daniel is dedicated to helping people of all ages and abilities lead healthier, more active lives. Whether through personal training or group fitness classes, he is committed to supporting and encouraging others on their fitness journeys.

  • Most of us work harder in the presence of others. Having a me by your side I will provide the encouragement, energy and motivation you need to jumpstart your routine. Fitness and Nutrition can be confusing, especially for a beginner, but we all have to start somewhere.

    There is a lot of information available to us all when starting a new fitness regime. What exercises I should be doing? How much should I be eating? Can I do cardio before or after strength training? I will remove all the guesswork for you and adapt your workouts and nutrition plans so you can put all your energy toward accomplishing your goals.

Andrea

TEAM MEMBER

  • Andrea started running at the age of 18 and has always had a passion for various forms of exercise. After having two children, they took up triathlon as a way to lose weight and eventually entered their first event, becoming quickly hooked. Through participating in triathlons, she joined a local race team and even met her future husband. They later went on to start their own business holding race events and travelled around Europe with their team.

    However, after retiring from triathlons and experiencing a breakdown of their marriage and loss of their stake in the company, Andrea's mental health took a toll. To cope with their anxiety and PTSD from a previous abusive relationship, they found solace in mindfulness, nutrition, meditation, and load-bearing exercise.

    During the lockdown, she studied psychology and wrote their first book on positive mental attitude, titled "The Power of Positivity", and even became qualified as a meditation teacher.

  • AJ is passionate about health and well-being and the link between mind and body. She is an empath who loves nothing more than helping others overcome embedded issues to become healthy and happy. She has a talent that can help others understand what is standing in their way to success and help them enjoy the process so they won't look back.

Ethan

TEAM MEMBER

  • Ethan has been in the fitness industry all his life, competing in kickboxing all around the world at the highest levels. He started his kickboxing journey at the age of 4 and instantly fell in love with the martial arts. Amongst all the training, the competing became his true passion. As a cadet fighter, he won numerous British, European and World Championships Titles.

    Today he works closely with individuals to help them become the best version of themselves through fitness and exercise. His enthusiastic manner is incredibly infectious.

  • Yes, you can we ask that you consult your GP before attending to have the all clear and that exercise and movement will not cause more issues, our trainers have worked with multiple clients with small injuries to people who have had intensive surgery. We can provide alternatives to most exercises; we also have coaches who only focus on mobility and recovery you will be in safe hands because this is our passion.
